Shipping Info: Orders will be shipped usually within 3 working days. Any changes to this will be communicated by the official Black Pyre Facebook page and by Bandcamp announcement.

Orders to places outside the UK can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Please be patient.

If orders are undeliverable an attempt will be made to contact the purchaser. If no reply is received or the item is undeliverable a second time, then the item will be retained. If further delivery is required it will be done at the buyer's expense. Refunds are not generally issued if items are not deliverable. We accept no liability for incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.

Return Policy: No returns or refunds under any circumstances. Items are sent in new condition and protected appropriately. Any damaged items on arrival are as a result of postal services and we cannot accept returns. These items may be able to be claimed for against the postal service.
